Welcome to the Nighttime Side! — and by "Dark Side," I don't hateful Darth Vader'southward neck of the woods. I'm talking about the $45 NARS Mind Game Velvet Lip Glide set (a Sephora exclusive, coming November 1st), one of several NARS sets in the Sarah Moon Holiday 2022 Collection.

It comes with six mini Lip Glides, and I've talked about the Lip Glides earlier.

Basically…I think they're awesome.

They're liquid lipsticks that feel like glosses, but unlike your typical liquid lipsticks, they're comfy. They too shouldn't make your lips dry or make them look like a cat butt later on a few hours. They stay nice and creamy, but they aren't so malleable that they end upwards all over your face. I retrieve they're lovely and actually groovy.

These have the same light vanilla flavor and olfactory property as the ones in the permanent line and the same apartment doe-pes applicator, which comes in actually handy with the night colors.

These aren't high maintenance to vesture or apply, and you can get nice, well-baked, make clean lines with the doe foot. A lip pencil or lip brush isn't necessary.

Obviously, if y'all aren't a dark lips person, this won't exist the fix for you, because five of the shades are nighttime. It's a dramatic look — more high fashion-y than goth, in my opinion.

Three of the shades are in the permanent line (Bound, Unspeakable and Toy), and I'm pretty sure that the other three are re-promotes (No. 675, Chez Claude and Plato'due south).

Oh! — about clothing time, I almost forgot. Liquid lipsticks are famous for lasting hours upon hours upon hours and through meals, only these don't, because the formula is lighter like a gloss. They last on my lips about three hours just won't last through a repast.
